We just want to thank you all for the amazing outpouring of support and feedback we've received, both on and offline, since releasing "Somber Settled Stone." It's a bit scary putting stuff out for the first time and you've been awesome. The song was actually written in the late 90's, and was me basically having a mid-life crisis in my 20's (silly boy, if you'd only known). It's vaguely about standing in the middle of your life and evaluating your expectations, so we thought it the perfect song to release first, in a way to bridge the gap from our initial incarnation to now. So enough of that and on to the new! 

In the next week, we'll be releasing a song named "Don't Know Where We Go" that starts to take on some of the themes of the album, which should become apparent. 

Side note: The greatest thing about doing this project is that I got to rekindle great friendships and even got to hang out with this guy, Elliott Blakey. He's the good looking, drummer/production genius, and I'm the dork on his shoulders....appropriate actually. Elliott is going to hate me for this, by the way....
